Messaging terms
Effective
The program
DoneSimpli texting is run by Granite North Software LLC, doing business as DoneSimpli. It lets the owner of a business that uses DoneSimpli text their job notes, photos, voicemail and questions to DoneSimpli and get replies. These terms are part of the terms of service.
Joining
Texting is optional, and agreeing to get texts is not a condition of buying or using DoneSimpli. You join in the DoneSimpli app, in one of three ways: by texting DoneSimpli the start code shown in the app, by entering your mobile number and ticking the consent box, or by entering your number and tapping Text me. Each shows what you are agreeing to before you do.
What DoneSimpli texts you
Codes to confirm your number; replies to what you send; drafts and requests to approve things you asked DoneSimpli to do; service notices; and summaries or reminders you turn on. DoneSimpli texts only the number you confirmed, and never texts your customers. How often varies with how much you text and which summaries you turn on. Message and data rates may apply.
Stopping and help
Reply STOP to stop all texts. STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE and OPT OUT work too. DoneSimpli confirms once that you are opted out and sends nothing more. Reply START to join again. Reply PAUSE to a summary to stop just that summary.
Reply HELP for help, or write to hello@donesimpli.com. You can also remove your number in the app, in Setup, under Notifications. Stopping texts does not delete what you already sent; that stays in DoneSimpli.
You can also message DoneSimpli on WhatsApp where it is offered. Everything on this page applies there too, and WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy apply as well.
Delivery and privacy
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. The privacy policy explains what DoneSimpli keeps and how it is used.
